Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and formatting store communications (Weekly Planner, updates, directives)
- Ensure messaging is clear, concise, and easy to understand
- Coordinate communication distribution according to established timelines
- Maintain organized records of all communications and updates
- Update and maintain SharePoint or communication platforms with current materials
- Organize reference materials, guides, and signage for easy store access
- Ensure documents are properly formatted and visually consistent
- Gather information from cross-functional teams and compile into communication drafts
- Track communication schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Support consistency in messaging across multiple communications
- Collect and track store feedback on communications
- Identify recurring questions or confusion points
- Suggest opportunities to improve clarity and usability of messaging
Qualification
- sAssociate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experienc
- e1–3 years of experience in retail, communications, or administrative support rol
