Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Henderson, NC for a Fleet Manager. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fleet operations and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. Key responsibilities include managing fleet maintenance, coordinating vehicle logistics, analyzing fleet performance, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations
- Analytical Skills to assess fleet performance and identify improvement areas
- Experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
- Expertise in Operations Management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with transportation management systems is a plus
