Variety Child Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for recruiting Teacher Aides and Teacher Assistants for multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews.
- Collaborating with Principals and Education Coordinators to meet program staffing needs.
- Maintaining accurate candidate data and supporting onboarding processes.
- Upholding compliance and fostering a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- Associates degree

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
