Facility: Mountain View Center
Shifts Available:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: Every Other Weekend Required

Job Summary
Varida-Tech Inc. is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) for a 13-week contract assignment in Rutland, Vermont at Mountain View Center.
This opportunity is ideal for LNAs who are passionate about providing quality patient care and want to work in a supportive long-term care environment alongside an experienced healthcare team. As an LNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide compassionate and respectful patient-centered care
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
- Support nurses with treatments and assigned care duties
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Follow facility policies and infection-control procedures
Requirements
- Active Vermont LNA Certification (Required)
- Completion of a state-approved Licensed Nursing Assistant program
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform physical job-related duties including standing, lifting, and assisting residents
- COVID-19 vaccination (original or updated) or approved medical/religious exemption required

Pay: $20.65 - $22.89 per hour
