What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Coordinator position at Variantyx?
The Logistics Coordinator position is vital to the flow of Variantyx company operations. The position requires the employee to be focused and involved in assembling and shipping of genetic testing kits to customers. He or she will also be trained in other duties such as answering the phones, sending out statements / forms / medical records, processing Customer Support tickets, and managing print orders.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to read and follow instructions in English on how to assemble various types of genetic testing kits.
Fulfill kit orders for patients, providers, and the sales team.
Answer phone calls and route them appropriately.
Process Customer Support tickets.
Send out statements and forms from the Claims / Prior Auth / PFR Department.
Keep workspace organized and effective for the task at hand.
Ability to work in a team environment and be respectful and cordial with others. Assist in other related Logistics duties (stock up on kit boxes, check inventory, transport packages, Print Room duties, etc), as needed.
Be able to work onsite from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Education & Skills College degree or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
