About the position:
We are in need of on-site Human Resource Business Partner to work with us from July through September 2026 in our Framingham, MA location. This position requires prior experience in a broad range of functional Human Resources activities up to and including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, coaching, onboarding, compensation planning and engagement.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
● Manage clients to a high-performance thought process through facilitation of a goal driven culture.
● Influences clients at all levels (employees and managers) in driving engagement to achieve higher levels of performance.
● Partners across all aspects of talent acquisition including sourcing, interviewing, skill assessment and selection of top industry talent.
● Guides employees and managers to facilitate positive relations surrounding work relationships and performance.
● Adheres to the Department of Labor (DOL) protocols and requirements in dealing with employment related matters to include company policy and procedures.
● Manages relationships at all levels to achieve win-win outcomes with clients.
● May take on additional projects that fall outside of normal scope of this position but are required by the company.

Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
● At least 2 years prior human resource experience required.
