The Clinical Coordinator - Prenatal Account Relations Team is a full-time position with both in-person and work-from-home capabilities within the Clinical Coordination Team. Our home office is located in Framingham, MA and offers PTO, sick leave, and full medical and dental benefits.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative intake of cases
- Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and clinical team to manage requests for services from providers
- Collect and record medical information
- Review medico-legal forms
- Handle resolution/inquiries from providers
- Manage product kit coordination from providers to our lab
- Facilitate client on-boardings (occasional travel to hospitals/clinics)
- Work alongside clinical coordination team, marketing, sales, and operations facilitating genetic testing orders
Position Requirements:
- College degree – Life Sciences preferred
- Strong base knowledge of genetics
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Outstanding customer service
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and maintain relationships with clients and sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
