Responsibilities


  • Build a deep understanding of the product portfolio and communicate technical value to customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with sales and customer service teams
  • Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales goals
  • Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and supporting sales materials
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams on product improvements and technical inquiries
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategy
  • Attend relevant industry events
  • Travel up to 50%


Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 5 years of Sales Engineer or technical sales experience, ideally with complex or technology-driven products
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and managing a multi-state or technical sales territory
