Our client, a leading global Tier 1 automotive supplier, is seeking a motivated Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations at their facility in the greater Augusta, GA area. Responsibilities

The Plant Manager will oversee all daily manufacturing operations and drive performance across production, quality, safety, cost, and efficiency initiatives:

• Lead and supervise all plant operations
• Maintain full P&L responsibility
• Drive operational performance improvements
• Review operational metrics and implement corrective actions
• Oversee production scheduling, shipping, receiving, and production control activities
• Establish plant standards, controls, budgets, and performance expectations
• Ensure adherence to plant safety policies, environmental regulations, and quality standards
• Coordinate with corporate leadership and sister facilities to ensure smooth operational alignment
• Participate in production planning and support new product launch activities
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• 5 years of leadership experience within automotive or industrial manufacturing environments
• Injection molding or multi-process manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
• Previous Tier 1 automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
