Jose Maria Vargas University is seeking a creative, data-driven, and bilingual Marketing Coordinator to lead and optimize our digital advertising efforts. Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Analyze KPIs and report on ad performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Develop creative briefs and coordinate the creation of bilingual digital ad content.
- Collaborate with admissions, design, and content teams to align messaging and branding.
- Monitor trends in digital marketing and propose new strategies.
- Maintain and grow our online presence in both Spanish and English-speaking markets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Fluency in English and Spanish – written and verbal.
- Ability to write ad copy in both languages.
- Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, and analytics tools.
- Organized, proactive, and creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
