Vard & Wolfe is growing its presence in Denver and the Front Range, and we’re seeking an ambitious Senior Account Executive to help lead that expansion.
You’ll be responsible for driving business growth through consultative, relationship-based selling — helping clients navigate the evolving landscape of IT management and cybersecurity. You’ll work closely with our executive and technical teams, combining your sales acumen with our operational excellence to deliver tailored solutions that truly make an impact.
This isn’t a “numbers-only” sales role. It’s an opportunity to build a regional book of business, represent a respected security-first MSP, and contribute directly to the growth of a modern technology services brand.
- Identify, develop, and close new B2B accounts across Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, and surrounding areas.
- Engage executive stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, IT Directors) with a consultative approach focused on outcomes, not just products.
- Represent Vard & Wolfe’s full service portfolio:
- Managed IT & Helpdesk
- Managed Cybersecurity (EDR, SIEM, SOC monitoring)
- Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services
- Network & Infrastructure Management
- Compliance Support (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with technical and project delivery teams to scope, price, and propose service engagements.
- Participate in local networking, chamber, and industry events to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasts, and pipeline health in the CRM.
- Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
- 5 years of B2B technology sales experience, ideally with an MSP, MSSP, or IT service provider.
- Proven ability to prospect, build, and close complex sales cycles in SMB or mid-market environments.
- Confident communicator comfortable speaking with business and technical decision-makers alike.
- Deep understanding of managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions (Microsoft, Intune, Defender, Azure, etc.).
- Strong presentation skills and consultative selling style — able to connect business challenges to technical outcomes.
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal management oversight, balancing autonomy with accountability.
- Competitive drive, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Account Executive – Managed & Cybersecurity Services. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, delivering presentations, and driving sales for managed and cybersecurity services. The role involves collaborating with technical teams to ensure client needs are met, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role based in Thomasville, GA.
