VarcoMac, LLC has an immediate need for a Project Intern. This position is responsible for assisting project managers of construction teams with the overall document control and data entry.

VarcoMac, LLC has an immediate need for a Project Intern. This position is responsible for assisting project managers of construction teams with the overall document control and data entry.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to project management construction teams
- Support and work closely with project managers and some field supervisors.
- Assist with daily correspondence and documents.
- Track and organize RFIs and submittals.
- Input data into spreadsheets
- Participation in relevant project meetings.
- Other tasks as assigned and/or developed.
- In office position
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Word and Excel.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
