We're seeking a motivated and personable Account Executive to join our growing team and help expand our referral network across Southwest Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and case managers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase patient referrals and agency census.
- Represent Varco Home Health with professionalism and compassion during all community and referral interactions.
- Conduct regular outreach visits, presentations, and follow-ups to promote our services.
- Collaborate with the clinical and office teams to ensure smooth patient admissions and continuity of care.
- Track and report marketing activities, referrals, and conversion rates using company systems.
- Meet and exceed monthly growth and admission goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare marketing or sales experience (Home Health or Hospice preferred).
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance guidelines preferred.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
