At Varco Home Health, you’ll provide one-on-one speech therapy support in patients’ homes, helping them improve communication, speech, language, and functional skills while making a meaningful difference in their everyday lives.
This PRN, 1099 independent contractor position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for SLPAs seeking work-life balance or additional income.
What You’ll Do:
Provide speech-language therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities established by the supervising SLP
Support patients with speech, language, communication, and related functional skills within the SLPA scope of practice
Reinforce therapy strategies and home programs with patients and caregivers
Monitor patient performance and report progress or changes to the supervising SLP
Educate and collaborate with patients and caregivers to support therapy goals
Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Active Texas SLPA license (required)
Home health experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently in a home setting while collaborating closely with the supervising SLP
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
Pay & Perks:
