Varco Home Health is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in a home health setting. This PRN/Contract (1099) role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact in patients’ daily lives—all while earning competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services based on individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on techniques to improve safety and daily function
- Assess progress and adjust plans as needed
- Provide compassionate, in-home care
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy
- Active Texas OT License
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and documentation skills
