Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Home Health (PRN)

Varco Home Health is seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our home health team on a PRN (as-needed/contract) basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes under the supervision of an RN
- Administer medications, injections, and wound care as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with chronic disease management and daily health maintenance
- Educate patients and their families on treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes
- Document all care provided accurately and promptly using EMR systems
- Coordinate with other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
- Current LVN license in the state of Texas
- Previous experience in home health, clinical, or long-term care settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license
- Current CPR certification
- Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently
