Machine Operator Duties:
- Report directly to, and perform all duties as scheduled by, the General Manager
- Primary focus of the job is to deliver materials to job sites and warehouse locations
Additional duties:
- Operate metal fabrication machinery safely and effectively
- Maintains quality control standards for all materials fabricated
- Accurately pick and fabricate orders
- Load delivery vehicles with a focus on efficiency
- Operate delivery vehicles as needed
- Maintain any logs, records, or data
- Inventory/cycle counts
- Receives, logs, and properly puts away deliveries
- Maintain a clean warehouse, yard, work station
- Perform all duties safely and efficiently
- Support warehouse operations and strategic goals
- Perform any and all additional tasks required
Minimum Skills & Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of previous warehouse/yard experience
- Valid and current drivers license
- Ability to lift up to 75-100 pounds consistently
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and climb ladders throughout the shift
- An eye for detail and organization while maintaining efficiency
- Adhere to all safety procedures while operating equipment
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Must be able to self manage and work independently
- Forklift experience preferred, but not required
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
