Location: Baraboo, WI
Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour ($15.00 per hour on nights and weekends)

VARC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Job Coach to support individuals with varying abilities as they build workplace skills, gain independence, and achieve success in employment and community settings.
As a Job Coach, you'll provide hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance while helping individuals develop confidence and thrive in their work environments.
What You'll Do
· Provide individualized coaching and support to individuals working in community employment settings.
· Teach and reinforce job duties, workplace expectations, and professional skills.
· Encourage independence while building confidence and self-sufficiency.
· Monitor and document progress toward individual employment goals.
· Communicate with employers, team members, and support networks as needed.
· Provide transportation to employment and community-based activities when necessary.
· Create positive relationships that help individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.
What We're Looking For
· Valid Wisconsin driver's license
· Proof of automobile insurance
· Reliable transportation
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Dependable, patient, and positive attitude
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend a month.
· Experience working with individuals with disabilities is helpful but not required, we provide training.
