What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Assistant position at Varble Orthodontics?
An orthodontic assistant performs a variety of patient care, administrative and clinical duties, and works under the direction of an orthodontist when examining and treating patients. The duties of an orthodontic assistant include, however are not limited to, assisting orthodontist during treatments and visits, preparing instruments for treatments (sterilizing), cleaning and maintaining treatment rooms in accordance with infection control procedures, ensuring dental supplies are adequately stocked and providing support to administrative staff. The assistant will also be required to take radiographs, scan and upload images. Candidate does not have to have experience but that is preferred.Company DescriptionWe do travel to three different locations to include Jerseyville, Bethalto and Litchfield.
