Job Summary
Varahe Health Services is seeking Full and Part time Nurse Practitioners interested in growing and learning within our group of geriatricians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Duties
- Collaborate in care coordination for team-based care with other disciplines, physicians, therapists and family members
- Therapeutically connect with patient and families
- Provide ongoing evaluation and treatment of chronic comorbid illnesses where medically appropriate
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland; new graduates welcome to apply!
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology and EMR
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $117,971.00 - $199,881.00 per year
