Job Title: Event Coordinator – Hospice Outreach & Community Engagement
Location: Laredo, TX and surrounding areas
Starting Pay: $15.50/hr (with potential for performance-based increases)
We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our hospice team as an Event Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our services by organizing and participating in outreach and marketing events throughout Laredo and nearby communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate accountability by actively participating in outreach efforts and patient engagement initiatives.
- Receive feedback and performance discussions regarding patient referrals and outreach results with professionalism and openness, understanding that accountability is part of team success and community impact.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend community events to promote our hospice services.
- Engage with the public and community partners to increase awareness and referrals.
- Develop creative outreach strategies to help grow our patient census.
- Represent the hospice with compassion, professionalism, and dedication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Marketing and/or hospice care experience preferred.
- Positive attitude, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
