Responsibilities
- Delivering documents, packages, and supplies between office departments and external locations promptly and securely
- Travel between company, bank, post office, tax office and DMV office.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and errands as needed to ensure smooth office functionality
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within office spaces and common areas
- Cross training with receptionist and cashier
- Supporting team members with various ad hoc responsibilities to contribute to overall office efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Must pass drug test, background check and MPVI check.
- Spanish speaker is a plus
- Paid weekly
