Vara Chevrolet is looking for one mature individual to join our group of Professional Sales Representatives. We are one of the larger metropolitan stores with a large volume of vehicle sales and a 4 star Google rating. We have been around since January 6, 1990 and pride ourselves in providing a transparent buying experience for all of our guests, many of whom have purchased multiple vehicles from us over the course of several years. We make it easy to buy from us and our guests appreciate out straightforward pricing policy.

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record with a valid non-suspended driver’s license
Background check and drug screen
Build your customer base using the follow up tools provided by the store
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business

- Must be 21 to meet the minimum insurance requirement
- Able to work Monday thru Saturday with one day off during the week

- Prospect for new guests using programs provided by the store as well as your own personal efforts thru social posts and networking
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
Learn to overcome objections
- Update your CRM tool daily to track every guest that you talk to whether thru text, phone, email or in person
- Set a minimum of two appointments daily
- Complete your GM training every quarter to remain in good standing with the store
- Be punctual when arriving and be ready to go when your shift starts
- Maintain a CSI score that is consistent with the goals of the store
Salary : $75,000 - $200,000
