Job Summary
Vara Chevrolet is looking for a Sales BDC (Business Developing Center) to join our team! The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound leads and providing assistance on our product offerings to customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Time Management, Prioritization Skills, And Ability To Multitask Required
Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve
Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
Valid driver’s license, authorized to work in USA

- Continuous follow up with inquiries who do not set an appointment on the first contact
Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness
Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

- Utilize scripts to assist in all daily follow up
- Handle all guests in a professional manner and expedite requests
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Time Management, Prioritization Skills, And Ability To Multitask Required

Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages

Salary : $25,000 - $43,500
