Role Description

Vaquero Resources is seeking an experienced Division Order Analyst to oversee ownership setup, division order preparation, and revenue ownership maintenance for our operated assets.

This position will work closely with the VP of Land Administration, Accounting, Revenue Accounting, GIS, Operations, and Engineering to ensure ownership is accurate from acquisition through first production and throughout the life of each asset.

The ideal candidate has strong title and ownership knowledge, understands Oklahoma oil and gas operations, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Division Order or Revenue Ownership experience with an oil and gas operator.
• Strong understanding of Oklahoma oil and gas ownership.
• Ability to interpret title opinions and ownership documentation.
• Experience calculating ownership interests and revenue decimals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments.
