- Assist customers with retail sales of computer hardware, accessories, and mobile devices while providing expert advice.

Experience
- Proven experience working with computer hardware repair, including troubleshooting operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
- Skilled in soldering small electronic components and using hand tools for precise repairs.
- Strong analysis skills to identify issues quickly and determine effective solutions.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and equipment repair documentation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide clear technical support in person or remotely.
