Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and conduct engaging product demonstrations
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while meeting store targets
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current products
- Manage stock levels through regular stocking, inventory checks, and merchandising adjustments
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Supervise or assist in supervising other team members during shifts to ensure smooth store operations
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems and cash register operations
- Supervising experience or leadership skills to support team collaboration
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers and team members
- Strong retail math skills for handling transactions, discounts, and inventory counts accurately
