Job Summary
Vapor Point is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Coordinator.
This role blends inside sales support, CRM management (Salesforce), and marketing/event coordination to help our Business Development and Sales teams operate more efficiently and stay connected to customers.
You’ll support everything from:
- capturing sales activity in Salesforce
- maintaining CRM data and simple reporting
- prepping for trade shows, golf tournaments, and customer events
- managing swag and promotional materials
- helping with basic marketing updates and follow-up communication
This position is ideal for someone who is:

Responsibilities
Sales & CRM Support
- Capture and document customer interactions, meeting notes, and action items in Salesforce.
- Update account records, opportunities, and forecasts based on rep and BD input.
- Maintain clean CRM data (de-duplication, corrections, imports, validation).
- Build or update simple reports/dashboards as requested by leadership.
- Follow up with reps/BD to collect missing information proactively.
Marketing & Events
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, golf tournaments, customer events, and internal events.
- Manage promotional materials, branded items, and inventory levels; monitor reorder points.
- Assist with signage, event forms, printed materials, and vendor coordination.
- Support website updates, basic marketing requests, and LinkedIn content organization.
- Maintain a marketing and events calendar to keep planning proactive, not last-minute.
General Coordination & Support
- Communicate across departments to ensure updates, follow-ups, and requests don’t fall through the cracks.
- Maintain shared files, event folders, documents, and digital systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for simple data questions, process clarifications, or follow-up needs.
- Support internal communications and help keep leadership aligned with accurate information.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outgoing, proactive approach to gathering information and following up with team members.
- Comfort using administrative systems (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
- Ability to learn new systems quickly — particularly CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
- Background in sales support, marketing, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with oil & gas, industrial services, or environmental services.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
