Position Duties: Ensure our preferred culture and care initiatives are sustained across our platform.
1. Global Prayer Coordination: Morning • Meeting • Minute
2. Global Policy Coordination: Update and synthesize culture driving policy. Update and synthesize culture driving training
3. Hiring Coordination: Support each department with appropriate recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding tools, guidelines, and assistance. Synthesize culture-driven interviewing. Synthesize culture-driven onboarding
4. Global Development Coordination: Ensure development tracks are updated and executed . Update and administrate TDS, LDS, etc.
5. US Team Care Coordination: Upkeep “healthy kitchen” strategy. Update and administer reward & care plans. Leverage assessment tools (what motivates me, profiles, etc.) Execute regularly-scheduled team-building and family gatherings, including the annual team member & family retreat, team member & family lunches, team member & family half-day, and other more organic team-building activities.
