Duties

• Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations
• Demonstrate products through engaging demos to educate customers about features and benefits
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stock organization
• Stock shelves regularly, monitor inventory levels, and assist with inventory counts to ensure product availability
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Assist with supervising team members when needed, supporting a collaborative retail environment

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math for accurate transactions
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers
• Previous supervising or leadership experience in retail or grocery store settings is preferred
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on vaping devices and accessories
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic math skills for handling cash, making change, and managing sales totals accurately
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create appealing displays that drive sales
• Familiarity with phone etiquette and effective communication to enhance customer interactions
• Experience in stocking shelves, inventory management, and retail sales operations
