Job Summary
We are seeking an Operator to join our team at a battery plant in Kokomo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and moving parts, inventory, move, locate, relocate, stack, etc.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate Big Joe (if applicable)
- Safely operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and complete tasks
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves
- Adhere to OSHA standards and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed
- Operating pallet jacks
Experience
- Experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory purposes
- Experience operating Clamp trucks, fork lifts and Pallet jacks is a plus
