Join our team as a Product/Sales Ambassador and play a key role in delivering outstanding retail and sales experiences at our store. You’ll ensure every customer enjoys exceptional service while following all Vapes by Verdant policies. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide every customer with a friendly, professional, and memorable shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: Help monitor and maintain optimal stock levels by following inventory procedures.
• Clear Communication: Foster open and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Problem Solving: Address customer concerns promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Support a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence.
• Sales Support: Contribute to sales growth and profitability by prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist with store displays and marketing efforts to enhance the shopping environment.
• Product Presentation: Ensure products are accurately priced, well-displayed, and fully stocked.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about all smoke shop products and services to better assist customers.
• Event Participation: Help with special promotions and advertising events.
• Professionalism: Handle customer complaints and questions with a friendly, solution-focused approach.
• Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 0–1 year of retail or sales experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, both in-person and over the phone.
• Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve goals.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate computer skills, including use of POS systems and inventory tools.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
