What are the responsibilities and job description for the VAPE Team Member (Store 6418 BOISE) position at Vape?
We are seeking a retail associate to become an integral part of our team!

Opportunities to work in additional locations may also be available. Selected candidates for the position will be trained on site.
Responsibilities:
❖ Welcoming guests with a smile and identifying customer needs.
❖ Selling and promoting products, providing excellent customer service to each guest.
❖ Explaining products to customers and asking questions to determine the right product for them.
❖ Maintaining a clean store presence.
❖ Cash handling.
❖ Processing customer orders and thanking them for visiting us.
❖ Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints with the assistance of your management team.
Qualifications:
❖ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
❖ Ability to build rapport with customers.
❖ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
❖ Outstanding work ethic with a friendly demeanor.
❖ Ability to lift boxes under 50lbs periodically.
❖ Must be at least 18 years of age or older with valid ID. Must be 19 to sell alcohol.
❖ Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
(Preferred candidates may also have some vaping experience, but not required.)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.75 - $12.00 per hour
