We are seeking a new retail vape shop sales associate to become an integral part of our team!
You will have the opportunity to thrive in a fun, professional team environment and develop additional skill sets. Opportunities to work in additional locations may also be available. Selected candidates for the position will be trained on site.
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming guests with a smile and identifying customer needs.
- Selling and promoting products, providing excellent customer service to each guest.
- Explaining products to customers and asking questions to determine the right product for them.
- Maintaining a clean store presence.
- Cash handling.
- Processing customer orders and thank them for visiting us. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints with the assistance of your management team.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older with valid ID. Must be 19 to sell alcohol.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding work ethic with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift boxes under 50lbs periodically.
- Preferred candidates may also have some vaping experience, but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.75 - $12.00 per hour
