We’re on the lookout for a driven and dependable Store Manager to take charge of our Smyrna store on South Cobb Drive (right next to QuikTrip and U.S. Café). If you love leading a team, connecting with customers, and keeping things running smoothly, this is the job for you!
Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with all laws and company policies. The ideal candidate has retail management experience in a vape shop or smoke shop, a passion for the industry, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and train sales associates to provide outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory control
- Maintain strong product knowledge on vape, glass, and smoking accessories
- Ensure compliance with age verification and local/state regulations
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
- Monitor sales goals and create strategies to drive revenue
- Manage product displays, merchandising, and cleanliness of the store
- Coordinate with vendors and place inventory orders as needed
Qualifications
- Previous vape or smoke shop experience required (management experience preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
- Must be 21 years or older
