Job Summary
Vanwert Counseling and Wellness is currently seeking a part-time (full-time available) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LAPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LSW) to join our growing practice at our new location in Milford, PA!
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate clinician who is available to work evenings and weekends, and who is comfortable working with couples in addition to individuals and/or families. Specifically Friday-Monday, but can work out evenings Tuesday-Thursday if interested.

Duties
- Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collect data on client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Engage in crisis management when needed, providing immediate support to clients in distress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay informed about the latest clinical research and best practices in therapy and counseling.
Skills
- Proficient in data collection methods relevant to clinical practice.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
- Experience or knowledge in special education principles is a plus.
- Background in clinical counseling techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with clinical research to inform practice decisions.
- Ability to maintain detailed medical records accurately.
- Expertise in crisis management strategies for effective intervention.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques is beneficial.
- Experience in individual group counseling settings.
- Skills in child family counseling approaches to support diverse client needs.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
