Vantor is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join a multi-disciplinary team of technologists, analysts, and data engineers to better enable the mission and support the development of new tools and capabilities. The Intelligence Analyst serves a bridge between analytical requirements and technical solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to obtain a CI polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst, Targeting Officer, Technical Targeting Officer, or similar with special emphasis on:
• Pattern of Life or Area Characterization
• F3EA (Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze)
• Experience with data integration, including evaluating, acquiring and processing bespoke datasets to enable end users
• Experience creating new and innovative data integration workflows
• In-dept knowledge of technical data types based on previous research and work datasets of interest. Data types include:
• Technical Telemetry Data
• Computer Network Cyber Data
• Telecommunication Protocol Data types (cellular, wi-fi, and ethernet)
• Experience working with targeting tools and databases
• Experience supporting the development of analytical tools
• Must have experience working directly with JSOC, being a part of JSOC, or working directly with Special Operations Forces

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

• The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $118,000.00 - $196,000.00 annually.
  
  

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
