Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Within the Monitor Manufacturing Engineering team, analyzes technical issues related to modification/change control, industrialization, and production of individual components and mechanical/electronic sub-assemblies, defining appropriate solutions, actively collaborating with other company departments involved (R&D, QA, MFG, EHS, etc.) and performing the relevant validation tests.
- Prepares and updates technical documentation related to their area of expertise (change control and assigned projects).
- Oversees the design/modification of mechanical/electronic components/sub-assemblies, equipment, and tools for change orders or process improvement activities.
- Actively contributes to the identification and implementation of continuous improvement projects/activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device sector and a good knowledge of change management and verification and validation processes are required. A good knowledge of dialysis equipment functionality is preferred.
- The profile is completed by good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- A degree or post-diploma training in a technical-scientific field and a good command of English and Italian are required.
