Operations Support

Position Overview & Purpose

The Operations Support (Warehouse & Field), together with the operations team, plays a key role in keeping our workflow seamless and our projects moving without interruption. This position strengthens communication between the warehouse and field, supports operational efficiency, and helps ensure the company can deliver a reliable, high-quality experience to our customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Organize, prepare, and stage materials and equipment for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Perform inventory checks and assist with restocking materials.
• Support field teams by monitoring project progress and reporting observations.
• Deliver materials and equipment to job sites safely and on schedule.
• Communicate field needs and updates to ensure seamless coordination between warehouse and job sites.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and field staff.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to all duties, with reliability in follow-through and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment and the ability to seek guidance when necessary.
• Skilled in operating forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Collaborative mindset, adaptable to changing priorities, supporting warehouse and field operations.

Basic Qualifications & Competencies

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, field support, or deliveries.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; forklift and heavy machinery certifications required.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, scheduling software, and basic office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and operate equipment efficiently.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience supporting construction field operations, including project monitoring and on-site coordination.
• Experience supporting field operations or project coordination across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with inventory, scheduling, or project management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate operational needs.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and support continuous process improvements.
