Position Overview & Purpose
The Part-time Operations Support – Showroom role provides critical administrative and logistical support to the showroom and dealer sales operations. This position focuses on supporting dealers, coordinating showroom samples, managing related inventory, and assisting with logistics and freight needs. Working closely with internal teams and those in the field, this role helps ensure a smooth, responsive experience for dealers and customers while maintaining accurate systems and records.
Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. Candidates must be currently located in within commuting distance or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Key Responsibilities
- Support dealer partners by coordinating showroom and sample requests.
- Pull, prepare, track, and ship showroom samples requested by dealers for customer use.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for samples and showroom materials.
- Coordinate freight quotes and assist with logistics planning for sample and material shipments.
- Provide administrative and operational support to field teams as needed.
- Track requests, shipments, and updates to ensure timely follow-through.
- Communicate primarily with internal teams and dealers to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Support day-to-day showroom operations to keep workflows organized and efficient.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on internal coordination and dealer support.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, especially when tracking samples, inventory, and requests.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a part-time, fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to changing priorities.
- Computer savvy, with confidence using digital tools and systems.
- Collaborative mindset with a team-player approach to supporting sales, operations, and field teams.
- Ability to problem-solve independently and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Administrative or operations support experience, preferably in a showroom, sales support, or dealer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Computer savvy with experience using Google Docs and Google Sheets, including spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.
- Experience using NetSuite and or QuickBooks for operational or administrative support.
- Ability to manage inventory tracking and logistics coordination accurately.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a part-time role.
- Team player with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Physical Demands & Working Environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, including showroom samples and materials.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed throughout the showroom and office.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as packing samples and entering data into systems.
- Ability to work primarily in an office and showroom environment with occasional site visits.
