Role Description The Production Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Macon, GA. The Production Manager oversees day-to-day field operations, including scheduling crews, managing jobsite workflows, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role coordinates with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to prepare jobs, allocate materials and equipment, and maintain quality standards across all foundation repair and waterproofing projects. The Production Manager provides direct leadership to installation crews through coaching, performance feedback, and training support, while reinforcing safety protocols and compliance with company procedures. The position also involves tracking production metrics, resolving onsite issues, communicating with homeowners as needed, and identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience managing construction, trades, or field service crews, with strong skills in scheduling, resource allocation, and jobsite coordination.
- Proficiency in overseeing safety practices, quality control, and adherence to installation standards on residential project sites.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, plans, or basic construction documentation and translate them into actionable tasks for crews.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop field technicians in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with internal teams and interacting professionally with homeowners.
