What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll help manufacture high-quality plastic components by:
- Operating plastic injection molding machines and automated equipment.
- Inspecting parts for quality and appearance.
- Trimming, assembling, and packaging finished products.
- Performing basic quality checks using gauges and reference samples.
- Recording production counts and completing required paperwork.
- Labeling and packaging products according to customer specifications.
- Keeping your work area clean and organized using 5S standards.
- Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
- Communicating production or quality concerns to supervisors and team members.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to follow written work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment color vision test.
Physical Requirements
This position requires:
- Standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Frequent use of hands for trimming, inspecting, and packaging parts.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Working safely around manufacturing equipment.
Schedule
We are currently hiring for:
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift
- 3rd Shift
Overtime may be available based on production needs. Shift differential added to 2nd and 3rd shifts!
