Responsibilities
- Support sales initiatives through effective merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional displays
- Operate material handling equipment such as ladders and manual handling tools safely during remodeling or remodeling projects
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locating items in-store or via mobile devices
- Collaborate with team members on store management tasks including stocking schedules, inventory audits, and store layout adjustments
Requirements
- Experience with schematics, remodeling projects, interior design concepts, or visual design enhances your fit for this role
- Ability to operate standard passenger cars and material handling equipment safely; ladder use experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage multilingual customers and team members effectively
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management, planogram implementation, and inventory control
- Customer service orientation combined with leadership qualities to support training & development of new staff
