Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Orlando, FL. The Sales Specialist will manage the sales lifecycle by identifying customer needs, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, client outreach, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and providing exceptional post-sale support. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on product offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
Qualifications
Sales and Sales Management skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
Experience in Training and mentoring clients or internal team members to ensure product success.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilites.
Enrolled in or on track to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in enterprise-grade solutions or SaaS sales is a plus.
