Role Overview
As a Field Marketing Representative (Appointment Setter), you will represent Vantage Windows in local neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and schedule free in-home consultations for our design consultants.
This is an entry-level position with rapid growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Introduce Vantage Windows and our services
- Schedule qualified in-home consultations
- Track daily activity using a mobile device
- Work toward weekly and monthly performance goals
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for scheduling and reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable, competitive mindset
- Must be 18
Compensation
- Average new reps: $2,000–$3,000 per month
- Average reps: $5,000–$9,000 per month
- Top performers earn significantly more (our top setter has earned $25,000 in a single month)
