Why We Need You
As AI reshapes education, schools are eager but they need trusted partners to guide the way. That's where you come in. We're looking for a curious, motivated Account Executive who's excited about bringing responsible, effective AI into classrooms. You'll be at the forefront of helping school districts improve literacy rates, reading comprehension, and instructional efficiency through meaningful technology adoption. If you're passionate about education, energized by relationship-building, and excited to help educators navigate AI best practices, we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales journey from prospecting to close across school districts and education leaders.
Impact: Expand access to AI-powered tools that improve literacy and learning outcomes nationwide.
- Build relationships with K–12 decision-makers including teachers, curriculum directors, and administrators.
Impact: Become a trusted guide helping schools confidently adopt AI in ways that truly support students.
- Listen deeply to district needs and position Vantage Learning as a mission-aligned partner.
Impact: Deliver thoughtful, value-based solutions that drive long-term success rather than short-term wins.
- Stay fluent in education funding and policy including Title I, ESSER, grants, and state initiatives.
Impact: Help schools say yes to innovation by aligning solutions with real-world constraints.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.
Impact: Create satisfied partners and uncover opportunities to grow impact even further.
- Show up with energy, professionalism, and purpose in every interaction.
Impact: Reinforce Vantage Learning's reputation as a leader in AI-powered literacy solutions.
You'll Thrive Here If You Have
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 1 year of SDR or Account Executive experience
- A genuine interest in AI, education, and student success
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
K–12 sales experience is not required. Curiosity and coachability matter more.
