Vantage Technology is looking for an experienced low voltage field technician with 1 - 2 years of experience in low voltage cabling, fiber optic cabling, access control, video surveillance, and burglar alarms. Our company is rapidly growing and looking to expand. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, looking for advancement opportunities, has a great work ethic and willing to travel.
What your day-to-day looks like: This is a manual labor position with consistent travel within the United States. Installation of equipment to include running cables and wires; Troubleshoot/repair access control, CCTV (cameras), and burglar alarms.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
· Effectively operating a wide array of tools
· Installation of CAT 5e, CAT 6 Cable, Fiber Optic Cable and CCTV
· Working on and off a ladder
· Installing support structures in telecommunications rooms
· Cable termination
· Reading floor plans
· Working in tight spaces - attics, closets, etc.
· Pushing, pulling, lifting, digging, etc.
Must have:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Cell Phone
- 1-2 years of experience in low voltage cabling, fiber optic cabling, access control, video surveillance, and burglar alarms.
- Willing to Travel is a must
