This is a full-time, on-site role in Wilmington, NC, for a Certified Surgical Technologist. The Surgical Technologist will support surgical procedures, prepare operating rooms, and maintain sterile environments. Responsibilities include assisting surgeons during operations, handling surgical instruments, and ensuring optimal patient care in collaboration with the surgical team.
- Proficiency in Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
- Experience working in an Operating Room setting
- Knowledge of Medicine and surgical procedures
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to sterile techniques
- Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Previous experience in cataract or ophthalmic surgery is a plus
