Responsibilities

• Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with the team leader to assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ search preferences
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as outlined by team guidelines
• Actively participate in team events and initiatives according to team expectations
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching and daily training sessions
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host open houses during weekends
• Organize and attend property inspections, showings, and walkthroughs
• Attend listing appointments and buyer consultations
• build and maintain a sphere of influence
