Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Medicare Sales Agent to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This on-site role involves assisting clients in understanding their Medicare options, identifying suitable plans, and addressing their questions or concerns. The Medicare Sales Agent will build relationships with clients, provide personalized recommendations, and meet sales goals while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Proven experience and expertise in Sales, specifically in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of Insurance, particularly Medicare plans, with a commitment to staying updated on changes and regulations
- Experience with Training to effectively educate clients and explain plan details clearly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in insurance, sales, or a related field
- Active health insurance license or the ability to obtain a license is preferred
